SHIPPING
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We process international orders within up to 3-5 business days. Sometimes, the delivery time for a specific product may be extended. In such cases, information about the extended delivery time is provided on the product page.

PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
For payments within Poland, we use the Przelewy24 platform or cash on delivery, while for international payments – Stripe is used. Available payment methods include bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, BLIK, American Express, Sofort, Klarna.
How to complete an unfinished payment?
In the case of an unfinished payment, the easiest solution is to place the order again. The original unpaid order will be automatically canceled.
How are refunds processed?
The refund will be processed using the same method as the payment after a successful return procedure.
ORDERS
Why haven't I received an order confirmation via email?
It's possible that the confirmation email ended up in the Spam folder, or the provided email address was incorrect. In such cases, please contact us using the contact form.
How can I cancel an order?
Contact us by email or through the contact form, providing the order number. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will cancel your order.

Why is my size not available?
If you cannot select your size, it means that the product in that size is currently unavailable. If your size is not available, you can sign up to receive a notification via email when it is back in stock.
What size will be suitable for me?
We encourage you to check the size chart available on the product page.
The product I want to buy is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
We usually announce restocks on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram). We also encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter.
